Sorry if this doesn't belong here, I've lurked but didn't see any rule against this. Is there any good way to get tips on art pricing? I've posted to the Subeta Forums in the proper place (and even offered a bit of free art in exchange!) but I haven't gotten anyone telling me how much my stuff is worth. Is there any accurate way to price one's art for Subeta?

Link to the pricing thread is here: http://subeta.net/forums/?act=read&topic=708009

I haven't the foggiest idea. I've seen shit art go for millions and amazing art go for a few hundred k, so I'm not really sure what the Subeta market bases pricing on.

My advice is mostly just to be patient. You've only posted the thread today and it's been up less than two hours. Give it a little time and I'm sure some artsy types will drop in and offer their pricing assistance. ^_^

(And this type of post is totally fine! I'm glad to see other people posting in here for once. xD)

Oh ok good, I was worried it wasn't on-topic or something. xD I do have my own pricing typed up; I figure if people suggest better prices there I can modify my shop to meet demand or lack thereof.

And god, do I agree. I'm mainly an anthro/furry artist by trade and it's so hard not to underprice yourself - and then to see people who do a lazy job getting paid out the butt? It can be disheartening.
